Blogging Challenge: Visiting Others

This week’s challenge is to visit other blogs. What’s great about visiting other blogs is that it allows you to get ideas for your own blog, to connect with others around the world, and to potentially bring visitors to your own blog.

This week’s Student Blogging Challenge post offers a list of suggested blog posts to visit. Here are the topics the posts cover:

  • Mike: If you are a science fanatic, this post is for you
  • Alicia: If you like organizing parties, check this one out
  • Mai Thao: For those with a technology bent
  • Kathleen: Get creative with digital citizenship
  • Jueun: Life in Africa
  • Agathe: Drawing and anime
  • McDowell media: Teaching the older generations
  • Lois: Governments and our well being
  • 7th Grade English: Choose one story out of many
  • Kyla: Dream job
  • Caleb: Bad experience now funny
  • Grade 3 creators: Earth art and structures
  • 2/3 Moore: Creating maps go to October 22 posts

The challenge this week is two-fold:

1.)  Do the activity in the post and/or comment. You might find you end up carrying on a conversation.

2.) Write a blog post of your own that connects with the blog post you read. Add a comment on their blog post with a link to your post to encourage them to visit your blog.

Happy Blogging! 🙂
